By purchasing any of the services offered by Ash Gravity Earth Healing LLC, you agree that you shall not make any false, disparaging or derogatory statements to Ash Gravity Earth Healing LLC. You shall not harass, bully, or otherwise cross professional or personal boundaries set by Ash Gravity Earth Healing LLC for them. Any behavior deemed to violate this clause will result in the termination of the service you purchased and you will be barred from purchasing or enrolling in any services in the future, including services offered for free. You will still remain responsible for the full investment, including any future monthly payments, of the services you purchased.

NO GUARANTEES

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Ash Gravity Earth Healing LLC does not accept any chargeback threats (real or threatened). If Any chargebacks are placed on any purchase of our services, we will report said incident to the major credit reporting agencies. Doing so could have a negative impact on your credit report and/or credit score. Should we need to do so and you would like to have this report removed from your credit report, please contact us to arrange for payment owed. Once payment owed is received, we will make the appropriate reports to the credit agencies.

DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared between you and Ash Gravity Earth Healing LLC, is confidential but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like inMedicine or Law). I agree to not disclose any information pertaining to you without your express consent. And I will not disclose your name as a reference without your express consent.

Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the my possession prior to its being furnished by you; (b) is generally known to the public or in your industry; (c) is obtained by me from a third party, without breach of any obligation to Client; (d) is independently developed by me without use of or reference to your confidential information; or (e) that I am required by law to disclose.

What’s Voxer?

Voxer is like a walky-talky app that we can send private voice messages through. The nice thing about Voxer is that we don't have to be at our computer to talk. We can be out living and enjoying our lives and share as we go.

How does it work?

We start the our journey with a scheduled one-hour time to talk over Voxer and set our plan for what we want to work on together.

We'll have a 30-minute scheduled check-in about halfway through and another 1 hour at the end of the time to integrate and reflect.

In between each of those scheduled check-ins, you have open access to my Voxer. You can drop in thoughts, questions, feelings, dreams, etc, whenever they come to you. I will respond within 24 hours during my office hours (11-6 M-F).
